Natalie as our agent to purchase a home in the Findlay Ohio area Every once in a while, you will come in contact with a type of person that performs their career with confidence and knowledge. Natalie possesses these characteristics to say the least. Natalie brought plenty of possible properties that we were interested in and was quick to show the ones we wanted. She definitely knows the Findlay / Hancock County market and, in most cases, had previous knowledge of properties we were going to inspect. She also had plenty of contacts in the Findlay area for us to utilize since we were moving into the area thus didn’t have to start from scratch searching for contractors and services; roofing, plumbing, electrical, carpet cleaning, inspections and others you may need when purchasing a home, then making it your own. Besides being professional and knowledgeable she is certainly not stuffy. A year and a half after Natalie represented me as a buyer, there was an issue where the seller had said he would not be honoring part of the contract that was not yet fulfilled. She helped me out along the way, gave me recommendations and suggestions, and even got me in touch with a good attorney.
