Natalie made a stressful situation so much easier! She was available for questions and didn't make us feel stupid for asking even the simplest ones. She kept all of our process local and that was greatly appreciated. She gave us great feedback to help our house sell quickly and worked quickly to get our offer in on another home. Natalie is great and will go out on a limb for you. She treated us with kindness, and helped with everything along the way. We were left in the dark on a couple things ( not Natalie's fault ) about dates we could move into our home. She goes above and beyond on once you've moved in by giving a gift.
